The Presidency’s Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, in a post on his NSosyal account, stated that Israel's attack on Gaza is an indication of its policies of occupation and genocide, far from peace.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran stated:
"The so-called decision of the Israeli Knesset to annex the occupied West Bank and the subsequent attack on Gaza recently demonstrate that the Israeli administration has no agenda for peace but rather intends to continue occupation and genocide.
This latest attack has once again revealed that Israel is a threat to regional peace and stability.
The international community must resolutely condemn the genocide policy implemented by Israel.
As Türkiye, under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we shall persist in standing resolutely against oppression, advocating for the Palestinian cause as a voice of justice and humanity, alongside the oppressed."
