Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran shared a post on his social media account about the article penned by President Erdoğan titled “The Conscience of Humanity Is Being Tested in Gaza”.
In his post Head of Communications Duran stated;
"President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his article titled “The Conscience of Humanity Is Being Tested in Gaza,” called on the world to take action against this brutality.
The article by the President was published in English and Arabic by Qatar-based Al Jazeera.
"Hunger, thirst, and the threat of epidemic disease are propelling Gaza towards a total humanitarian collapse. To date, more than 61,000 Palestinians -the majority of them women and children- have been killed in Israeli attacks. This picture is not only the mark of war, but also a stark testament to a systematic policy of annihilation. In the face of such a dire picture, the world’s silence or its feeble responses only deepen the suffering and pave the way for the continuation of oppression."
