The Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a post on his Nsosyal account regarding his meeting with the Minister of Information of Syria, Hamza Al-Mustafa, on the sidelines of the TRT World Forum in İstanbul.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran stated:
"We met with the Minister of Information of Syria, Hamza al-Mustafa, on the sidelines of the TRT World Forum in İstanbul. We explored opportunities for cooperation in media and communication within the context of Türkiye-Syria relations. We discussed joint steps to combat disinformation, maintain regional stability, and support Syria's recovery. Our historical ties and shared past form the strongest foundation for our solidarity with the Syrian people. With this understanding, we are resolved to deepen our cooperation and build our common future."
