Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a condolence message on his NSosyal account for Libya's Chief of General Staff, Gen. Mohamed Ali Al-Haddad, and the accompanying delegation who lost their lives in a plane crash in Ankara.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran stated:
"The tragic incident resulting from the crash of a jet that had taken off from Ankara en route to Libya, which was carrying the delegation that included Libya’s Chief of General Staff, Gen. Mohamed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad, has deeply saddened us.
I extend my most heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, loved ones, and the brotherly Libyan people, and pray that Allah bestows mercy on those who lost their lives in this tragic accident."
