“Three TRT co-produced films will compete for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
Being part of projects led by three internationally renowned directors—Asghar Farhadi, Ryusuke Hamaguchi and Andrey Zvyagintsev—is a strong indication of TRT’s broadcasting vision and the global level it has attained in cinema.
I congratulate everyone who has contributed to TRT’s success in cinema, as it continues to steadily enhance its co-production capacity by supporting high-quality productions, and I wish every success to our films competing for the Palme d’Or.”
