The Presidency’s Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a statement on his NSosyal account condemning the raid on Al-Aqsa Mosque carried out by an Israeli minister accompanied by fanatic occupiers, and called on the international community to adopt an “effective and resolute stance.”
Head of Communications Duran stated the following in his message:
“I strongly condemn the raid on Al-Aqsa Mosque carried out by a minister from the Israeli administration, accompanied by fanatic occupiers.
These provocative attempts targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque constitute a blatant assault on sacred values, regional peace and the conscience of humanity.
This mentality, which disregards the legal and historical status of Al-Quds as well as the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, is unacceptable. The international community must not remain silent in the face of these ongoing violations; it must adopt an effective and resolute stance.”
