Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, issued a message condemning the attacks on Abha International Airport in southern Saudi Arabia and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, expressing his condolences over the loss of life and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
In a message shared on his NSosyal account, Head of Communications Duran stated:
“I strongly condemn the attacks on Abha International Airport in southern Saudi Arabia and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
These attacks, which have resulted in civilian deaths and injuries, are unacceptable acts that threaten peace and stability in the region and further escalate tensions.
Under the leadership of our President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we, as Türkiye, strongly advocate preventing further conflicts in the region and resolving disputes through dialogue and diplomacy.
I reaffirm our solidarity with brotherly Saudi Arabia and pray for Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and a speedy recovery for the injured.”
