In a post shared on his NSosyal account, the Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, announced that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay an official visit to Turkmenistan on December 11–12.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran said:
“President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is scheduled to visit Turkmenistan on December 11–12, 2025, to participate in the ‘International Forum of Peace and Trust,’ held in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality and the UN General Assembly’s declaration of 2025 as the ‘International Year of Peace and Trust.'
“On this occasion, the President will address the ‘International Forum of Peace and Trust.’
The President is likewise set to meet with the Heads of State and Government of the participating countries, particularly with the host country, Turkmenistan."
