Head of Communications Altun: “The vile attacks against the first Qibla of Muslims is unacceptable”

Presidency's Head of Communications Fahrettin Altun shared a post on social media condemning the Israeli police attack into the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Head of Communications Altun stated the following in his post:

"We strongly condemn the entry of thousands of Zionists into the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and their attack in the presence of Israeli police, which derives all its power from the silence of the world.

The vile attacks against the first Qibla of Muslims is unacceptable. We call on all of humanity to raise a powerful voice against Israel, which thrives on bloodshed and provocation, and urge everyone with a sense of morality and conscience to hear the cry of Al-Aqsa. We cannot and should not remain silent. We must unite our hearts and say 'stop' to barbarism.

Furthermore, we want it to be clear that the occupying Israel, which has martyred tens of thousands of our Palestinian brothers and sisters, including the elderly, women, and children, in complete disregard of human rights and international law, will be held accountable sooner or later. They will never go unpunished. Regardless of the circumstances, we will stand by the Palestinian people and continue to support their rightful cause to the end."
