In a post shared on his social media account, the Presidency's Head of Communications Fahrettin Altun emphasised that the Presidential Complex of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, constructed by the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ), served as a symbol of the fraternity between the two states.
In his post, Head of Communications Altun said:
"Standing shoulder to shoulder with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Türkiye takes determined and resolute steps forward with a strong state understanding and a shared vision of the future.
Every step we take under the motto "Strong State, Respectable Future" strengthens our fraternity and solidarity, allowing us to look forward with greater confidence.
The TRNC Presidential Complex, constructed by TOKİ affiliated with our Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, will be inaugurated today with the presence of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Ersin Tatar of the TRNC, marking a new symbol of fraternity and solidarity between the two states.
I hope that this magnificent structure will be beneficial to our Cyprus cause and our Turkish Cypriot brothers and sisters.
With these sentiments, I would like to reiterate that we will continue to defend the rights of our Turkish Cypriot brothers and sisters on all platforms.
Strong State, Respectable Future."
