The Presidency's Head of Communications, Fahrettin Altun, shared a post on his social media account condemning Israel's attack on TRT News (TRT Haber) team.
Head of Communications Altun stated the following in his post:
"As we continue to show and inform the world about Israel's barbarism and massacres, Israel's persecution of journalists, whose duty it is to pursue the truth, intensifies...
I strongly condemn and curse the vile and cowardly attack by armed Israeli tyrants against the TRT News team, who were exposing an atrocity and tragedy with nothing but their cameras and microphones.
In spite of the ongoing oppression and violence inflicted by inhuman murderers, Turkish media, particularly TRT and Anadolu Agency, remain committed to amplifying the voices of the oppressed Palestinian people.
