Presidency's Head of Communications, Fahrettin Altun, announced on his social media account that the upcoming episode of TRT’s Türkiye’s Mega Structures documentary will feature the Türkiye–TRNC Water Supply Project, widely described as the “Project of the Century.”
Sharing the trailer of the documentary, Altun said,
“TRT Belgesel (Documentary) brings the story of the Project of the Century to the screen.”
The upcoming episode of Türkiye's Mega Structures, a TRT production which highlights the success stories of major national investments and brings their design and construction processes to the screen, will focus on the "Türkiye–TRNC Water Supply Project", widely regarded as the "Project of the Century".
This engineering marvel, a lifeline stretching from Anatolia to our Turkish Cypriot brothers and sisters, not only embodies the powerful vision of the #CenturyofTürkiye but also stands as the world’s first implementation of a suspended pipeline system. At the same time, it sends a clear message to the world about the shared future of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The timing of this meaningful production, coinciding with the excitement of #TEKNOFEST in the TRNC, makes it all the more significant.
