The Presidency’s Directorate of Communications shared a post in Greek on December 5, World Turkish Coffee Day.
The post shared on the Twitter account of the Directorate of Communications includes, "We are savouring the Turkish coffee that our ancient civilisation delivers to the entire world, combining it with Anatolian wisdom and boiling it in a pot that represents our hearts while being confident that we will never forget it. Today, we celebrate December 5, World Turkish Coffee Day."
A video in Greek with English subtitles was also posted, detailing how coffee from Yemen and Ethiopia arrived in Istanbul in 1453.
