Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun stated that Turkey had always exerted efforts for a political solution and diplomacy in the face of the human tragedy in Syria and added that Turkey was key to peace.
On his Twitter account, Altun shared a video titled “Turkey: The Key to Peace” which provides information about the civil war in Syria, and the policies pursued and operations conducted by Turkey in order to contribute to peace in the country, to protect its borders and to establish lasting stability in the region.
In his tweet, Altun said: “Turkey has always exerted efforts for a political solution and diplomacy in the face of the human tragedy in Syria. We will also continue to fight for regional stability in the future by taking all the necessary steps. Turkey is the key to peace.”
