In a post on his social media account, Presidency’s Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun stated that the filthy publication Charlie Hebdo, one of the most important sources of provocations, insults, and offensive language in the global media, once again demonstrated to the world how disgusting it is with its latest immoral and inhumane caricature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
"It appears that the great success of our President in the May 14 elections caused these dishonourable individuals to lose sleep, exhibit repulsive behaviour, and reveal their grudges and hatreds," said Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, adding:
"I'm addressing Charlie Hebdo and its offshoots. You cannot subdue Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, no matter what you do. You cannot divert us off our course, either. We strongly condemn this immorality and pity them as they struggle in the despair they have fallen into."
