President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shared a post on his NSosyal account celebrating the Night of Miraj.
President Erdoğan said, "I extend my congratulations to our august nation and the Islamic world on the Lailat al-Miraj, and I beseech Allah that this sacred night bestows goodness upon all humanity and fosters peace. May our night be blessed."
President Erdoğan shared a verse from the Surah Al-Isra with an image in his message, stating, "Glory be to the One Who took His servant ˹Muḥammad˺ by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose surroundings We have blessed, so that We may show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He alone is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing."
Furthermore, the Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, posted a message on his NSosyal account celebrating the Turkish nation and the Islamic world on the Night of Miraj.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran said:
"The Miraj is a divine invitation following times of hardship. It is the herald of hope and resurrection.
This blessed journey, in which our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ascended to the heavens, reminds us of patience, submission, and the virtue of being close to Allah.
I pray that this blessed night brings solace to our hearts and delivers peace and tranquillity to oppressed regions. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our august nation and the entire Islamic world on the occasion of Lailat al-Miraj."
