The "Visual Journalism Interaction Program" for Libyan journalists, organised by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications and Anadolu Agency (AA) in collaboration with the Communication Centre of the Government of National Unity of Libya, concluded with a certificate ceremony at the AA Workshops.
Director of AA Academy Zeynep Bayramoğlu Öztürk and Director-General of the Communication Centre of the Government of National Unity of Libya Mohamed Juma Ali Abu Helga delivered the opening remarks at the ceremony, which took place at the AA Workshop at AA Headquarters.
In her remarks, Öztürk noted that AA is a well-established institution with experienced staff and expressed optimism that the training was fruitful.
Öztürk expressed her satisfaction with the opportunity to host Libyan journalists and pointed out that AA frequently hosts journalists from around the world through training, joint projects, and collaborations.
Öztürk expressed her desire to reconnect with the trained journalists in the future.
Abu Helga expressed his happiness at attending the ceremony and thanked everyone who helped make it possible.
Abu Helga stated that the program was a wonderful starting point for future collaboration and that the participants were pleased with the training.
Abu Helga also emphasised the significance of communicating the truth to the public through the media.
After the speeches, journalists received their certificates.
