The circular indicates that the great nation saved the Anatolian lands, which they acquired as their homeland with their power and will, from disintegration, adding, "The greatest source of power of our nation during this struggle has been its unshakable belief in its independence and future. The 100th anniversary of our Republic will be celebrated with great enthusiasm all over our country and in our foreign missions to cherish the deep-rooted memory of our struggle for independence."
In this context, the 100th anniversary celebrations will be carried out under the coordination of the Presidency’s Directorate of Communications. Every activity to be carried out with the participation of public institutions and organisations within the scope of the celebrations will be planned and carried out by a board to be established by the Directorate of Communications.
