The 4th International Balkan Music Festival, organised by the Thrace Foundation for Culture, Art and Education (TRAKSEV) in Edirne, ended with a concert by Trakya University Symphony Orchestra and Theodosii Spassov.
The last concert of the festival, which was organised with the support of the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Directorate General of Foundations, Edirne Municipality and Trakya University, caught the attention of the music enthusiasts.
The Bulgarian musician Theodossi Spassov, who performed at the Balkan Congress Center, sang songs accompanied by the Trakya University Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sela Can Dökmeci.
The President of TRAKSEV and clarinet virtuoso Serkan Çağrı presented a plaque to Spassov and Dökmeci.
Çağrı said that the traditional Balkan Music Festival garnered the attention of music enthusiasts.
Çağrı invited music enthusiasts to the Trakya Jazz Festival, which will begin tomorrow at the Grand Synagogue of Edirne, stating that all institutions in Edirne, particularly Trakya University, contributed to the festival.
