Director of Communications, Fahrettin Altun stated that the Presidency's Communication Center (CIMER) received 3 million 138 thousand 233 applications last year.
On his Twitter account, Altun shared information about the applications made to CIMER in 2019.
Emphasizing that CIMER constitutes the bridge of communication between people and the state, Altun said: "In 2019, 3 million 138 thousand 233 applications were made by our citizens to CIMER. The number of responses to the applications was 3 million 525 thousand 590 and the average response time was 14 days. The provinces that made the highest number of applications in proportion to their populations were Osmaniye, Ankara and Karaman, respectively. CIMER will continue to work at full speed with an innovative public approach by using the latest technology to strengthen the bond between our citizens and our state."
