On March 11, 2025, Berdimurat Rejepov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Germany, met with Gökhan Turan, the newly appointed Ambassador of Türkiye to Germany. The meeting held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Berlin was a courtesy visit, as announced by the press service of the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed advancing bilateral cooperation in political, economic and cultural fields and exchanged views on current international and regional issues. Turkmenistan and Türkiye's commitment to enhancing their friendly and productive relations was emphasised.
