In the official statement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, it was stated that the attack carried out by India raised the risk of an all-out war, and such "provocative steps" and attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure were condemned.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye called on the parties to exercise common sense and refrain from unilateral actions.
The Ministry expressed its expectation that measures would be taken to reduce tensions in the region as soon as possible and that the necessary mechanisms, including in the field of counter-terrorism, would be put in place to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye also reiterated its support Pakistan's call for an investigation into the April 22 terrorist attack.
