President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye stated that while Hamas demonstrated a strong commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, Israel put forth "a terrible track record" in this process.
Erdoğan stressed that Türkiye cannot allow attempts to annex the West Bank, change the status of Al-Quds, or any attempts to harm the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
President Erdoğan said that since the first phase of the ceasefire in Gaza came into effect, Israel has killed more than 200 innocent civilians and has continued its occupation and military operations in the West Bank.
