President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye denounced international institutions and organizations on the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza, saying "International organizations once again failed in Gaza".
Delivering remarks at an iftar dinner in Istanbul, Erdoğan said, "Let's acknowledge that the Islamic world did not perform well during this period."
Stating that the hypocrisy of Western countries that support Israel with weapons and ammunition turned Gaza into the world's largest graveyard of children and women, Erdoğan stated that Türkiye is protecting its brothers and sisters in Gaza with all its means.
