President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye said that they are in contact with both Russia and Ukraine to resolve the conflict while pursuing a balance policy, while "blood merchants" are profiting from the ongoing opposition.
Speaking in Trabzon, Erdoğan said, "The desired results from the efforts aimed at ending the war have yet to be achieved. This bloody war, which escalates from time to time, unsettles the entire world, together with our region. We, as Türkiye, pursue a balanced and just policy here. We are in contact with both countries for the termination of the conflicts and the establishment of peace."
According to the President, as is often the case in wartime, there are "blood merchants" seeking to advance their personal interests, as is the case in this instance as well.
Erdoğan stated, "We are ready to do our utmost to resolve the crisis."
