President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, stated that Türkiye is working hard to bring the project, which aims to establish a natural gas distribution centre, to fruition as soon as possible. The statement made by the President in Balıkesir on the subject was broadcast by TRT.
“We are rapidly moving toward making our country a hub for natural gas production, transportation, and trade. We are expanding our pipelines as well as our gas storage facilities,” Erdoğan said.
