President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of the Republic of Türkiye called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to compensate for the $100 billion damage he did in Gaza.
"Instead of looking for a place for Gazans he cannot uproot from their own land, Netanyahu should look for resources to cover the $100 billion in damage he caused in the Palestinian enclave," the Turkish leader said in Malaysia today.
Since January 19, Gaza has been under a ceasefire regime, as agreed upon by Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement. More than 48,000 Palestinians and around 1,500 Israelis were killed during the 15-month armed conflict.
