In a statement today, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said he hoped the US-Iran deal would "fully pave the way for the establishment of lasting peace and stability in the region."
Erdoğan spoke to Turkish media after the cabinet meeting in Ankara, stating, "A major step was taken in the war that began on 28 February following Israel's provocations, and this tense region breathed a sigh of relief."
