Erdoğan holds key meeting in New York (Standartnews)

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye met with representatives of American think tanks at a meeting organised under the coordination of the Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA) in New York, where he was attending the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly.

Based in Ankara and İstanbul, SETA is one of Türkiye's most prestigious and influential think tanks, specialising in high-quality research and policy analysis across political, economic, and social areas. SETA, recognised for its publications and expert insights, is a premier source of information and analysis both in Türkiye and internationally.

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, Minister of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change Murat Kurum, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, and Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat.
