President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye stated that any delay in the establishment of a Palestinian state would result in greater instability.
In a statement on Wednesday, President Erdoğan emphasised, “The establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state within the 1967 borders cannot be delayed. Any plan, proposal, or project that undermines the establishment of a Palestinian state is illegal. This will only lead to more war and bloodshed.”
During his official visit to Indonesia, Erdoğan declared, “Any delay in the establishment of a Palestinian state will cause further war and instability. As long as Palestinians do not feel secure, other nations and countries will also struggle to find stability.”
Erdoğan also praised Indonesia's stance on the Palestinian issue and affirmed that they would work together to rebuild Gaza.
