Emine Erdoğan and author Süleyman Dilsiz participated in a symbolic experience by fermenting yoghurt in a traditional pot unique to Cappadocia.
Emine Erdoğan also attended the launch of the book "Yoğurt Uygarlığı" (Yoghurt Civilisation) by author Dilsiz, published under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
This book examines the cultural and historical aspects of yoghurt fermentation in Anatolia, as part of the region's rich culinary heritage.
