The Directorate of Communications launched its official English website, accessible directly through blockchain infrastructure, independent of any central server or third-party intermediary. Citizens and foreign users can access this release, which was implemented for the first time in the world by a public institution, at cbiletisim.eth.link.
This release marked the final link in our Directorate of Communications' year-long digital transformation effort. The process, which began with the aim of incorporating artificial intelligence and blockchain technology into public administration, delivered tangible results at each stage.
The start of the process: domestic and safe artificial intelligence infrastructure
The "Artificial Intelligence Transformation" effort produced the Artificial Intelligence Strategy Document, which laid the groundwork for this moment.
In accordance with the strategy, capabilities developed in the cloud were immediately transferred to a high-security, domestic, and on-premise infrastructure. Thanks to the institution's high-performance GPU servers and private networks, sensitive data began to be processed exclusively in the local environment, without reliance on external resources.
