Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke Wednesday to German Chancellor Angela Merkel over the phone, according to Turkey’s Presidential Communications Directorate. Erdogan and Merkel discussed migration, developments in Syria, Libya and bilateral relations, the directorate said in a statement.
