Presidency's Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran met with Mohammed Idris Malagi, Minister of Information and National Orientation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who is visiting Türkiye for TRT World Forum 2026.
In a post on his NSosyal account regarding the meeting, Head of Communications Duran stated:
“On the occasion of TRT World Forum 2026, we met with Mohammed Idris Malagi, Minister of Information and National Orientation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who is visiting Türkiye, and his accompanying delegation.
We exchanged views on opportunities for cooperation between Türkiye and Nigeria in the fields of media and communications, as well as on potential areas for joint initiatives in public diplomacy and strategic communication.
I hope that relations between our two countries will continue to develop in the field of communications. I would like to thank the Minister and his delegation for the meeting.”
