Just like every change of age throughout the history of humanity, this process, too, will reshape the political, social, economic and cultural balances of power in the world. The digital age will lead to outcomes similar to the major breaking points caused in the history of humanity by the cultivation of land and the use of machinery.”

Thanks to the strong infrastructure of projects and services we have introduced in our country, we have put the opportunities offered by the digital age at our people’s disposal earlier than many developed countries.”

We will soon unveil our strategy paper, which will support data-based innovation, enhance our capabilities of producing national technology and give us the upper hand in IA technologies. The strategy document, which will outline our long-term roadmap in this area, will also explain how we will protect our country against the risks this process poses. Aware of the fact that the main threats arise from the cyber space in addition to conventional means, we will form a strong cyber defense mechanism.”
