Leading countries around the world are continuing to take part in the Republic of Türkiye's 100th anniversary celebrations by hosting receptions and other events.
AFGHANISTAN
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye and October 29th Republic Day were commemorated with a reception in the Turkish Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. At the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's message was read.
ALGERIA
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with receptions held in Algiers, the capital of Algeria, and Oran.
At the reception, attendees viewed the message sent by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to foreign representatives on the giant screen.
AUSTRIA
A reception was held in Vienna, the capital of Austria, on the occasion of October 29th Republic Day, and the 100th anniversary of the Republic. President Erdoğan's October 29th message was read at the event.
AZERBAIJAN
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with a reception held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. At the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's video message was displayed.
Approximately 2 thousand people watched the program held at Heydar Aliyev Palace.
BELARUS
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, the National Library building in the capital Minsk was decorated in the colours of the Turkish flag and the logo of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye was displayed, with the initiative of the Turkish Embassy in Minsk.
BRUSSELS
A reception was held in Brussels, the heart of the European Union, to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
During the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's special celebration message on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic was displayed to the guests.
BOTSWANA
Turkish Embassy in Gaborone held a reception on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye.
BULGARIA
Türkiye's Ambassador to Sofia, Aylin Sekizkök, held a reception on the occasion of October 29th Republic Day and the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
The Consul General of Türkiye in Plovdiv, Korhan Küngerü, hosted a reception on the occasion of October 29th Republic Day and the 100th anniversary of the Republic. At the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's congratulatory message was read.
COLOMBIA
An event was organised in Colombia by the Turkish Embassy in Bogota on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic, a reception was held at the historical Chico Museum in the capital.
DJIBOUTI
Turkish embassy in Djibouti held a reception to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
ETHIOPIA
On the 100th anniversary of the Republic, the Turkish Embassy in Addis Ababa organised a Republic March with Turkish citizens and Ethiopian graduates.
FINLAND
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland congratulated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye and illuminated the Ministry building with the colours of the Turkish flag.
A celebratory message was shared on the Ministry's X social media account.
FRANCE
Bekir Aysan, a 55-year-old academic who set out from Mulhouse, France, on his bicycle to participate in the celebrations of the Republic's 100th anniversary, arrived in Balıkesir at the end of 3,500 kilometers covering 11 countries and presented the Turkish flag he brought from France to district governor Ahmet Odabaş.
GREECE
The Turkish Consulate General in Thessaloniki organised a ceremony in the garden of the Atatürk House in Thessaloniki, Greece, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye. Stating that the awareness of the Republic and the love of Atatürk among the young people and children who come to visit the Atatürk House is a source of pride, Gedik said, "These difficult days we are experiencing demonstrate how accurate and farsighted the path shown by our Atatürk, that is, the policy of 'Peace at home, peace in the world' is."
Approximately 800 guests attended the reception hosted by Turkish Ambassador to Athens Çağatay Erciyes and held at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic.
HUNGARY
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with a reception held at the Museum of Fine Arts in Heroes' Square, one of the iconic places in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. The exterior of the museum was illuminated with the colours of the Turkish flag.
INDIA
Qutb Minar, known as the holy minaret in New Delhi, the capital of India, was illuminated with the colours of the Turkish flag on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
IRAN
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with a reception held in Tehran, the capital of Iran.
IRAQ
A reception was held by the Consulate General of Türkiye in Erbil, Iraq, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
In addition, the Turkish flag was projected on "Baghdad Mall", one of the largest shopping centres in Baghdad, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye.
IRELAND
A reception was held in Dublin, the capital of Ireland, to mark October 29th Republic Day, and the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
ITALY
Turkish citizens in Italy celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic with events.
Turkish citizens living in Rome, the capital of Italy, and Turkish students studying at the universities there organised among themselves and held a festival for the 100th anniversary of the Republic in the Mustafa Kemal Atatürk area in the EUR district.
The Turkish Embassy in Rome hosted an October 29 Republic Day reception to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
A running event was held in Venice for the 100th anniversary of the Republic
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic, the Office of the Education Attaché of Türkiye's Consulate General in Milan and the Venice Branch of the Turkish-Islamic Union for Religious Affairs (DİTİB) organised a running event.
KOSOVO
As part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish Harmony Stars Orchestra (TÜRKAY) concert was held in the city of Prizren in the south of Kosovo.
Additionally, the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with various events held in Kosovo.
LATVIA
Turkish Embassy in Riga organized reception featuring a concert and a photo exhibition to mark the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
LEBANON
October 29 Republic Day reception was held at the Turkish Embassy in Beirut.
LIBYA
The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with a reception held in Tripoli, the capital of Libya.
MALTA
The Triton Fountain in the capital was illuminated with the colours of the Turkish flag today by the Ministry for the National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government of Malta on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
PALESTINE
October 29th Republic Day event was held at the Consulate General of Türkiye in Jerusalem.
In his speech at the ceremony, Türkiye's Consul General in Jerusalem, Ahmet Rıza Demirer, said, "Unless we can eliminate hatred, grudge, revenge, and fear, there will be no end to wars, neither here nor in the world. Hostility and hatred are different things. We cannot end wars without eliminating hatred."
PAKISTAN
The "Pakistan Monument" in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, was illuminated with the colours of the Turkish flag to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
October 29 Republic Day and the 100th anniversary of the Republic were celebrated in Turkish Maarif Foundation (TMV) schools in Pakistan.
PERU
An event was organised in Peru by the Turkish Embassy in Lima on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye, a series of promotional events were organised in Lima, the capital of Peru.
On the other hand, within the scope of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, the Lima Turkish Film Week will be organised on November 2-5.
POLAND
An event was organised in Poland by the Turkish Embassy in Warsaw on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
During the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's video message on Republic Day was displayed to the guests.
PORTUGAL
In Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, the statue of King José I in Commerce Square (La Praça do Comércio) was illuminated with the colours of the Turkish flag with the support of the Lisbon City Council.
QATAR
Türkiye's Ambassador to Doha, Mustafa Göksu, stated that they organised various events in the city as part of the 100th anniversary of the Republic. In this regard, the Turkish flag was projected on symbolic buildings in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on the occasion of October 29 Republic Day.
RUSSIA
The Turkish community in Moscow, the capital of Russia, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
The Russian-Turkish Businessmen's Association (RTIB), together with the Turkish Embassy in Moscow, organised an event to celebrate the holiday in a hall in Sokolniki Park.
In addition, a reception was held by the Turkish Embassy in Moscow on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
Russian cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev shared the footage of the Turkish flag he brought to the International Space Station on his social media account on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.

On the occasion of the Republic's 100th anniversary, a panel titled "Türkiye-Spain relations from past to present" was held in Madrid, Spain's capital.
SUDAN
The Turkish Embassy in Khartoum organised a reception on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
At the reception, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's message was read.
SWEDEN
A flag march was held in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
Turkish Consulate in Zurich organized a concert themed "Republic of Türkiye, 100th Anniversary".

The 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye was celebrated with a reception held in Nicosia, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

TURKMENISTAN
A programme was organised by the Joint Turkmen-Turkish School in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.

Jerseys—two signed by Galatasaray, one signed by Beşiktaş, and one signed by Women's National Volleyball Team players—were auctioned off at the ball, with the proceeds going towards scholarships for 100 students.
A reception was held in London, the capital of the United Kingdom, on the occasion of October 29th Republic Day, and the 100th anniversary of the Republic.

During the reception, President Erdoğan's special celebration message on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic was displayed to the guests.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
The 100th anniversary of the Republic was celebrated with the participation of American guests in events held throughout the week under the auspices of the Consulate General of Türkiye in Boston and with the assistance of Turkish non-governmental organisations in the region. Türkiye's Ambassador to Washington Hasan Murat Mercan, Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Sedat Önal, Consul General of Türkiye in New York Reyhan Özgür, as well as many representatives of foreign missions and Turkish citizens attended the program held at the famous Cipriani hall on the 42nd Avenue.
Three separate resolutions in Massachusetts designated October 29th as "Turkish Day." The Turkish flag was raised for a week in the Connecticut state legislature on October 25th, which is under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Boston.
A reception was held by the Consulate General of New York on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
