President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President Azali Assoumani of the Union of the Comoros on the sidelines of the 5thAntalya Diplomacy Forum.
The leaders addressed bilateral relations between Türkiye and the Union of the Comoros, as well as regional and global issues.
During the meeting, President Erdoğan stated that the two countries aim to further develop their relations by enhancing cooperation in the fields of trade, infrastructure and defence industry.
President Erdoğan also underscored the importance of strengthening solidarity between the two countries, on all platforms, in support of the just cause of Palestine, and reiterated that Türkiye will continue its efforts to ensure peace and stability in Gaza.
