President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia.
The call addressed the Türkiye-Saudi Arabia bilateral relations as well as regional and global matters.
President Erdoğan stated that they aim to further deepen the cooperation between the two countries through the steps to be taken in the period ahead.
Noting that Türkiye is closely following the developments in Somalia and Yemen, President Erdoğan said that preserving the territorial integrity of both countries is important for regional stability.
President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye stands ready to contribute to the efforts aimed at bringing the parties together in Yemen.
Drawing attention to the deteriorating situation in Gaza due to winter, President Erdoğan added that Türkiye continues its endeavors for the establishment of permanent ceasefire and Gaza’s reconstruction.
