Light shows with special July 15 visuals were projected on the Galata Tower and the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque as part of an event organised by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
During the event organised by the Directorate of Communications, the Turkish flag, as well as footage from the incidents that transpired on the night of July 15, 2016, were projected.
The triumph of the national will was expressed through the light show with the slogan "Victory of Democracy".
Citizens and tourists in the area were enthralled by the light mapping performance.
