Presidency's Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran met with Dr Inocêncio Florentino José Impissa, the Minister of State Administration and Public Service and Government Spokesperson of Mozambique, in Istanbul during the Strategic Communication (STRATCOM) Summit 2026.
In a post he shared on his NSosyal account regarding the meeting, Head of Communications Duran stated:
"On the margins of the STRATCOM Summit, we met with Dr Inocêncio Florentino José Impissa, Minister of State Administration and Public Service and Government Spokesperson of Mozambique.
During our meeting, we exchanged views on public communication, strengthening institutional capacity, and improving citizen-oriented information processes.
I was once again delighted to observe that the collaborations we have established across different geographies contribute to a more effective and inclusive global communication framework, in line with the communication perspective outlined by our President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
I believe this fruitful meeting will open new opportunities for collaboration between our countries in the fields of communication and public administration."
