Stressing that with defense products, software, platforms and equipment they produce through indigenous and national means, they increase Türkiye’s efficiency and deterrence on one hand, and meet the defense needs of Türkiye’s friends and allies on their demand, President Erdoğan added: “We have exported $511.4 million worth of defense and aviation products solely in August this year We have increased our exports in January-August period by 16.2 per cent year-on-year, and have reached $6.3 billion. We have worked, endeavored, and achieved all these, without giving in in the face of challenges. We will inshallah come to much better places.”
